Humanics Lab Delivers Two-Part Executive Training for the Ministry of Roads and Highways

Humanics Lab was honoured to deliver a two-part executive training programme for the Ministry of Roads and Highways, focused on strengthening leadership capacity and strategic decision-making in complex institutional environments.

The training featured two important sessions: Adaptive Leadership in Complex Systems and Risk Intelligence & Crisis Management. Both sessions were delivered by Prof. Justice Bawole in conjunction with our Director of Education, Adams Alhassan.

Held as an on-premise, in-person executive training, the programme was designed to be highly practical, engaging, and interactive. Participants were guided through structured discussions, applied reflections, and facilitated learning activities aimed at helping them better navigate complexity, respond to uncertainty, and lead with greater clarity and resilience.

To support the learning experience, participants were provided with dedicated workbooks that reinforced key ideas, frameworks, and exercises from the sessions. At the end of the programme, certificates were awarded to participants in recognition of their participation and successful completion of the training.

At Humanics Lab, we believe executive education should go beyond presentations. It should create space for reflection, practical application, and real institutional relevance. This training reflected that philosophy by combining strong academic insight with grounded, context-aware facilitation tailored to the realities of leadership and public sector execution.

We are proud to have supported the Ministry of Roads and Highways through this important engagement and grateful for the opportunity to contribute to leadership development within a key national institution.

Humanics Lab remains committed to designing and delivering high-impact programmes across executive development, workforce training, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, and applied research.

We look forward to more collaborations that strengthen institutions, empower leaders, and support national development.
